2021」では、第二次審査（本審査）開催を延期しておりましたが、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響による海外からの入国目処が立たないことを受け、本審査自体は中止、ショー形式での作品発表に変更とさせていただきます。\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Cimg 2021について\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>bigはグローバルに活躍していく次世代のファッションデザイナーとこれからのファッションの環境を創造する人材の発掘と支援を目的とし、新しいファッションが生まれる”場”そのものを構築しています。その活動の中心である、アジアを拠点とした国際的なファッションコンペティション「big design award」では、次世代のデザイナーに対してファッションビジネスをスタートさせるための資金・環境の支援、業界の垣根を越えた企業・プロフェッショナルとの幅広い交流を提供します。これからの未来に向けたファッションの新しい可能性が生まれることを期待しています。\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>big design award 2021はファッションデザイン・制作を行うすべての学生、デザイナー（プロフェッショナル・アマチュア）を対象に、2021年7月1日から8月31日まで募集を行いました。世界28カ国・148件の応募があり、その中から13名のファイナリストを決定いたしました。\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch2>コンペティションの中止と作品発表について\u003C/h2>\n\n\u003Cp>本審査では、国内外から審査員を迎え、リアルな場でのプレゼンテーションを予定しておりましたが、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響による海外からの入国目処が立たないことを受け、本審査を中止することとなりました。\u003Cbr>\n今回選出された13名のファイナリストには全員に「Essential Designers of big 2021」を授賞し、ショー形式での作品発表をRakuten Fashion Week TOKYO 2022
